NOW IN ALL STAINLESS STEEL!!
A favorite among benchrest shooters. A chamber type bullet seater positively controls both bullet and cartridge case alignment. The case and bullet are completely captured by the die prior to the bullet being pushed straight into the case by a close-fitting seating stem. This style of bullet seater works more accurately than a conventional (7/8"-14 TPI) bullet seating die.
Seating depth adjustments are made by turning the screw inside the cap (3/8" - 24 TPI). This is one of the most accurate bullet seaters ever made.
It captures the case and bullet inside the die before seating, aligning them inline, like a rifle chamber, to reduce runout and improve COAL consistency.
Use the cap-screw on top (3/8"–24 TPI). Make small turns, verify COAL with calipers, and repeat until you hit your target length.
If you frequently tune seating depth during load development, the micrometer head lets you adjust in indexed .001" increments for quick, repeatable changes.
Yes. This all-stainless chamber-type seater is a long-time favorite among benchrest shooters due to its low runout seating and repeatable COAL.
